In order to prepare timely drafts of the State budget for 2021, the main directions of socio-economic development and the investment program of the country, guided by the "Program of the President of Turkmenistan for socio-economic development of the country for 2019-2025", in accordance with the Budget code, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree ordering the Ministry of Finance and economy:

• organize work on preparing the draft State budget for 2021, the main directions of socio-economic development and investment program of the country and submit them to the Cabinet of Ministers by November 1, 2020;
• by June 1, 2020, send calculation forms and guidelines for the preparation of the above-mentioned projects to the ministries, industry departments, hyakimliks of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat;
• create a working group of specialists and organize its effective work for the preparation of the above-mentioned projects.
