The state migration service of Turkmenistan informs that the service of applying for or replacing a foreign passport (biometric passport) is available to Turkmen citizens on the Internet.
To do this, you need to go to the website of the state migration service of Turkmenistan, find the section "online services", a subsection of which will offer "registration of a biometric passport". Here you can find the entire list of necessary documents, scanned copies of which will be needed when submitting an online application.
Only having all the required documents and a photo, you will need to click on the "continue" button to enter your mobile phone number. Enter the code that came by SMS in an empty window.
After receiving an online application is confirmed, information about its status will be sent by SMS or email.
