In the South of Ashgabat, the construction of a fashionable hotel "Arkadag" continues, according to the website "Turkmenistan: Golden age".
A magnificent hotel complex in the shape of a semicircle, will rise on the territory of 22.9 hectares between Archabil and Chandybil avenues. Its structure will include a hotel, a business center and an apartment hotel. The design of the buildings will use the national Turkmen ornament and other exclusive design details.
The adjacent territory of the complex will stretch 725-meter man-made river, there will also be an artificial lake, an outdoor pool with a Hydropark, fountains, a summer restaurant and cafe. In addition, the project includes the construction of a 600-meter-long highway.
