By the decree of the President, the Supreme commander of the Armed Forces of the country Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, the Lieutenant-General of police Mulikov Isgender Handurdyevich released from the post of Minister of internal Affairs of Turkmenistan and demoted to a special rank of police major, and stripped of all state awards for serious shortcomings in work and in the management of the subordinate agencies, malpractice and flagrant violation of official duties, the press service of the head of state.
The Mejlis of Turkmenistan agreed to the proposal of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to dismiss the Minister of internal Affairs of Turkmenistan Mulikov Isgender Handurdyevich by adopting a corresponding Resolution.
