Convicts in Turkmenistan were allowed to use telephones. The corresponding order was issued by the Minister of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan, Tahyrberdi Durhanov.

As Turkmenportal was informed at the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” agency, in the execution of this order, convicts serving sentences at places of punishment can make calls from city, intercity and cell phones within our country in the amount of 0.10 manat per 1 minute of conversation.
