A delegation from Abu Dhabi’s Masdar City will visit Turkmenistan to participate in the CIET 2026 international conference and exhibition, scheduled to take place in Ashgabat on November 3–5. The forum organizers announced this.

The visit includes a trip to the city of Arkadag and a lecture at the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction. Representatives from Masdar City will share their expertise in sustainable urban planning, energy-efficient construction, and the implementation of innovative technologies.

Masdar City is known as a hub of sustainable urban development and technological innovation in Abu Dhabi. The design of its buildings, streets, and public spaces takes into account climatic conditions, the efficient use of energy and water, and pedestrian comfort. According to the organizers, the delegation's participation will enable an exchange of practical experience in modern urban planning and urban infrastructure development.

More than 200 delegates have already registered for the conference and exhibition. The forum will bring together representatives from government bodies, the business community, and the investment and technology sectors.

The forum is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan jointly with the Economic Society "Turkmen Energy Forum."
