Congratulatory messages from leaders of foreign states and regions continue to arrive for the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on the occasion of his birthday. This is reported by TDH.

The head of Turkmenistan turned 45 on September 22.

In his congratulatory message, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev described Serdar Berdimuhamedov as an outstanding statesman making a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of the strategic partnership between the two countries.

President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov noted the contribution of the President of Turkmenistan to strengthening the country's position on the international stage and wished him good health and success in his state activities.

Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia, emphasized the consistent policy of permanent neutrality pursued by Turkmenistan and expressed confidence in the further development of the Russian-Turkmen parliamentary dialogue.

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev noted the commitment of the head of Turkmenistan to strengthening Russian-Turkmen relations—built on the principles of equality and mutual respect—and reaffirmed Russia's readiness to work together to ensure stability in the region.

Astrakhan Region Governor Igor Babushkin also sent a congratulatory message, noting the long-standing friendly ties between the region and Turkmenistan, as well as prospects for developing cooperation in the trade-economic, transport-logistics, and humanitarian spheres.
