A delegation from the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan participated in the V conference titled "Human Resources in the Era of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence: Development, Prospects, and Challenges," held in Azerbaijan.

The event was organized by the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The conference was attended by representatives of human resource development agencies from the member states of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), as well as heads of government bodies, IT specialists, and experts in the fields of digitalization and artificial intelligence systems.

The participants discussed issues related to enhancing human capital, integrating digital technologies and artificial intelligence into the public administration system, and improving the quality of public services.

Maleyka Abbaszade, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the State Examination Center of Azerbaijan, delivered a speech at the conference. She emphasized that the constitutional and institutional reforms underway in the country have shaped a new governance philosophy focused on close interaction with citizens, identifying the assurance of transparency, meritocracy, and equal opportunities in civil service recruitment as a key element of this approach.

During the forum, representatives of the Turkmen academy exchanged views with international experts and representatives of academies of public administration from other countries. This initiative is expected to facilitate the synthesis of modern professional standards and international best practices regarding the training of civil servants in the context of digitalization, as well as their integration into national educational practice.
