The laboratories of the new building complex of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction are equipped with modern equipment from leading global manufacturers, TDH reports.
Thus, the experimental laboratory of architecture and earthquake-resistant construction is equipped with equipment from the Italian companies “Moho” and “Sara Electronic Instruments”, designed for earthquake research and seismic surveys. Equipment from the Swiss company “Leica” is used for high-precision geodetic measurements. The laboratory also has equipment from the Turkish company “UTES”, designed to measure the relevant parameters of building materials, paints, and concrete.
The “Motion Systems PS-6TM-550” professional low-profile mobility platform is designed for creating training devices, simulators, and test benches.
Equipment manufactured by “Sara electronic instruments” is designed for earthquake recording, long-term vibration monitoring of important objects, and seismic monitoring.

The Electromechanics Lab will host practical work in areas such as mechanical engineering, electric power engineering, and industrial automation. Using the lab's state-of-the-art equipment, the operation of electrical systems, motors, and control devices is studied, and various tests are performed. The cutting-edge interactive training equipment available here from the Canadian company “CM LABS” is designed for training in the operation of heavy equipment and construction machinery. It is equipped with operating programs for about 10 different types of construction equipment. The equipment is used for training in the safe operation of heavy construction equipment or vehicles in a digital environment. With this simulator, students learn to correctly use control panels for specialized equipment, as well as to perform actions such as leveling and excavating soil, and lifting loads with high precision and quality.
To train welding specialists, the laboratory uses the “Soldamatic” virtual simulator, manufactured by the Spanish company “Seabery”. This is a modern welding training system based on “AR” technology. This equipment allows for the creation of various welds and evaluation of the work process in a virtual environment.

The design testing equipment complex from “Lucas Nülle” (Germany) is equipped with a “CRK 11 Kuka” industrial robot. It performs complex research work using a mechatronic testing station. Various sensors check or test the composition of the workpiece placed in the machine's gripper. The test results are transmitted to the robot via a specially developed “Profinet” system. Depending on the test results, the robot can perform the appropriate actions.

The General Chemical Technology Laboratory is equipped with “Spectrocube” equipment from the renowned German company “Spectro”. It is designed for X-ray fluorescence analysis. This equipment uses X-rays to accurately determine the amount of chemical elements in a sample. Before testing, a cement sample is ground to particles smaller than 100 microns. It is then placed in a special container in the device and analyzed. As a result, the amounts of elements such as Ca, Si, Fe, and Al in the cement sample are determined with high accuracy. The results are displayed on a computer screen. A high-quality gas chromatograph, calipers, and high-performance liquid chromatography equipment are also installed, allowing for the determination of chemical mixtures and their composition in microliter quantities.
