On September 1, 2026, the grand opening of the Jahan Bilimli Çagalar Dünýäsi International Preparatory School took place in Ashgabat. It is a new educational space for preschool-aged children, oriented toward modern international educational standards. This event marked a significant step in the development of preschool education in Turkmenistan.

At the official part of the ceremony, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs M. Kakabayeva and a representative of the Press & Assessment organization, Stephen King, delivered welcoming remarks.

Jahan Bilimli Çagalar Dünýäsi opened as an international preparatory school for children aged 4 to 6. Its founders aimed to provide students with a solid foundation for successful further education: the school combined learning with creativity, research, and the development of independence, with a special focus on developing self-confidence, responsibility, and initiative.

One of the key areas of focus was English-language instruction—children were immersed in an English-language environment through play, communication, and practical activities. Classes were taught by native English-speaking teachers with international experience and familiar with Early Education Pathway standards. Teachers created a comfortable and inspiring environment for each child, where language learning was combined with the development of thinking, independence, and creativity—thus, the children gained not just knowledge, but their first international learning experience.

The school's educational concept was aimed at developing confident, thoughtful, and creative children prepared for further education in the international arena. At the same time, Jahan Bilimli Çagalar Dünýäsi sought to combine the best practices of modern preschool education with the national traditions of Turkmenistan: learning spaces were organized to stimulate cognitive activity, and creative projects and playful activities allowed children to gain knowledge through their own experiences.

The opening of the Jahan Bilimli Çagalar Dünýäsi school marked the beginning of a new phase in the development of modern preschool education in Turkmenistan. The organizers stated that the school's main goal is to help every child realize their potential, maintain their curiosity, and acquire the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate the future.
