From August 28 to 30, the Tourism Department of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan, together with the National Administration of Turkmenistan for the Protection, Study and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments, organized a domestic tourist tour to the monuments of the Kunyaurgench Historical and Architectural Complex in the Dashoguz velayat.

The excursion was attended by teachers from the Turkmen State Institute of Culture, the Ashgabat Secondary Vocational School of Tourism, the Children's Art School of the Kunyaurgench etrap, as well as staff from the magazine "Medeniýet we syýahat" ("Culture and Tourism").

The tour was conducted to enhance efforts to attract tourists to the country's historical and cultural monuments and develop domestic tourism. The excursion was recorded by the national television channel "Miras," according to the website of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
