Representatives from Turkmenistan are participating in an international seminar for education officials, held from August 26 to September 8 at Shenyang Normal University (China).

According to the website of Turkmenistan’s Ministry of Education, the university itself is the organizer.

Within the framework of the seminar, participants study China's modern experience in education management, reform, and digitalization.

The program includes lectures on the modernization of university management, leadership development, and intercultural communication, as well as the "smart campus" concept and the "one school – one brand" model.

As part of their practical training, participants familiarize themselves with the operations of centers dedicated to technology, innovation, psychological support, and Olympiad preparation.

At Xiamen University and the Shenzhen innovation center, participants study the mechanisms of interaction between science, education, and industry, as well as support for technology startups.
