Yesterday, a meeting took place between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan, A. Bayramov, and the newly appointed President of the Japan Association for Trade with Russia and the Newly Independent States (ROTOBO), Mr. Yuri Kanehana.

The parties discussed preparations for the 16th meeting of the Turkmen-Japanese Committee on Economic Cooperation, which will be held in Tokyo on December 14-16.

Participants also exchanged views on circular economy projects, which is one of the new promising areas of bilateral cooperation, according to the Turkmen diplomatic mission's website.
