Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, currently on leave, took a morning bike ride along the Caspian Sea coast in the “Awaza” National Tourist Zone, TDH reported.

During his walk, the head of state toured the resort area, where modern tourism infrastructure has been developed in recent years, including sanatoriums, hotels with treatment and rehabilitation facilities, children's health centers, and cottage complexes for family vacations.

“Awaza” is also working to green the area and protect the Caspian coastal ecosystem.

"The morning coolness, which creates a pleasant atmosphere on the Caspian coast, where the “Awaza” National Tourist Zone is located, has a positive effect on a person's emotional state. It lifts the mood, energizes, and inspires creative work," the statement notes.
