The Embassy of India in Ashgabat is holding an Indian Film Festival from August 14 to 16, 2026 for members of the Indian diaspora and everyone interested.

The screenings will take place at the Ashgabat cinema at Magtymguly Avenue, 115.

The festival program includes three films: the sports drama "Dangal" (2016) on Friday, August 14, at 17:00; the romantic comedy "Danaan" (1995) on Saturday, August 15, at 17:00; and the sports drama "Go India!" (2007) on Sunday, August 16, at 11:00.

Admission to all screenings is free, on a first-come, first-served basis.
