“Real” Madrid has set a new world record for revenue among sports clubs, the team's press service reported.

By the end of the 2025/26 season, the club's revenue reached €1,221 billion, up 3,1% from the previous year. No other sports organization in the world has previously surpassed this mark.

Operating profit before depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to €287,4 million, an 18% increase on last season and also a record in the club's history.

In May, “Real” was named the most valuable football club in the world for the fifth time in a row by Forbes magazine.

Meanwhile, “Real” finished the 2025/26 season trophyless. The club finished second in the Spanish league and reached the Champions League quarterfinals, where they lost to “Bayern” Munich.
