Nike and Hyperice have partnered to release a new post-workout recovery shoe, the Air Zoom Hyperslide. The model will be available on September 29 for 249 USD through the Nike and Hyperice websites, as well as at Best Buy and Dick's Sporting Goods in the US.

This is the second joint release between the two companies – the first model of recovery footwear, Hyperboot, was released in May 2025 and was designed to speed up warm-up and recovery during training.

The centerpiece of the new product is the removable Hyperslide Pod. The magnetic Hyperslide Pod is attached to the adjustable strap of the flip-flop and provides three heat levels, as well as three vibration levels, in 15-minute cycles. The maximum heating temperature is approximately 47°C (117°F).

The modules connect to the Hyperice application via Bluetooth, which allows you to adjust the heating and vibration levels, but you can control these parameters without the application - using buttons on the modules themselves, equipped with indicators for the heating level, vibration and battery charge.

As for battery life, the companies claim that the modules last for about an hour on a single charge, and they charge via a USB-C port.

The slides feature a lightweight Nike Air Zoom sole and will be available in two colors: black and Orewood (beige). Hyperice notes that the new product can be purchased using funds from FSAs and HSAs (American health savings accounts).

According to Hyperice CEO Jim Huether, the new model is part of the companies' broader strategy to transform footwear and apparel into smart, connected devices, and, along with last year's launch of the Hyperboot, signals the beginning of a new category: tech footwear that combines athletic equipment and wearable technology.
