Serdar Berdimuhamedov expressed confidence that the friendly and trusting ties between the two countries will continue to develop, and thanked the Georgian side for its hospitality and warm welcome.

Kobakhidze, in turn, thanked President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for the invitation and noted the symbolism of the Turkmen leader's visit to Georgia coinciding with the Days of Turkmen Culture in that country. He reaffirmed his commitment to further developing bilateral partnership in the cultural and humanitarian spheres and reiterated his appreciation for the invitation to visit Turkmenistan.
