On July 14, Tourism Malaysia—the state agency under Malaysia’s Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture—will hold a specialized seminar for Turkmen travel companies in Ashgabat. This was reported by the IIC.

The event will take place at the "Archabil" hotel and will mark the agency's first official step toward promoting Malaysia as a tourist destination in Turkmenistan.

The seminar will showcase Malaysia’s rich tourism and cultural potential. Participants will be introduced to promising travel itineraries and new air connectivity options, and will also hear a presentation on Tourism Malaysia’s strategic plans for developing cooperation in the Central Asian region.

The seminar will be organized with the participation of the Embassy of Malaysia in Turkmenistan.
