Preparations are underway in Turkmenistan to launch the "Digital Solution – 2026" innovative projects competition. Deputy Prime Minister B. Annaev reported on this during a government meeting, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

As reported, the aim of the contest is to identify young people engaged in software development and innovative activities.It will cover categories such as Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Automation, Digital Medicine, Education and E-learning, Smart City, Smart Agricultural Technologies, and Service Systems.The results of the competition will be announced during the "Türkmentel – 2026" international exhibition and scientific conference.

The projects to be presented at the competition are intended for use in the implementation of the digital economy, as well as in the production cycles of various industries.

In this regard, the Deputy Prime Minister submitted a relevant proposal for the Head of State's consideration.

After hearing the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that targeted efforts to develop the digital economy are being carried out in the country, and that young people are actively participating in showcases of innovative projects held in this field. Having approved the proposal to announce the "Digital Solution – 2026" contest, the head of Turkmenistan instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the necessary work.
