Yazymurad Seryayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, presented his credentials to the President of Ireland, Catherine Connolly, during a ceremony held at the head of state's residence, Áras an Uachtaráin, in Dublin.
