An exhibition of decorative and applied arts, "Culture and Art – the Light of Magtymguly Fragi's Soul," opened at the Exhibition Center of Fine Arts of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan. The exhibition is timed to coincide with the Day of Culture and Art Workers of Turkmenistan, as well as Magtymguly's poetry.
As reported by Turkmenistan: Golden Age, the exhibition was organized by Artem Balyan, President of the International Jewelers Association IJAA.

The association was founded in April of this year to provide professional information on the developing jewelry industry, exchange experiences, and create an alternative verification system for secure hallmarking of jewelry. This exhibition is one of the IJAA's first public events.

The exhibition features chains, rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, brooches, and jewelry sets. The jewelry, crafted from white, red, and lemon gold, was created over the years at jewelry factories in Armenia, Russia, and Turkmenistan.

A separate exhibition is dedicated to jewelry made in Mary at the “Lagly Merjen” jewelry factory.

Artem Balyan presented his sculptural and jewelry composition "Day and Night," which occupies the central place of the exhibition.
The exhibition generated great interest among Turkmen artists, especially jewelers. Artem Balyan has also prepared a monograph for publication, "Jewelry Art. Thinking Breadth and Depth," which he hopes will be very popular among his colleagues.
