A delegation from Turkmenistan, led by Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations N. Agahanov, took part in the V Tashkent International Investment Forum (TIIF-2026), which was held in Tashkent from June 16 to 18.

Forum participants discussed issues related to energy development, transport connectivity, the digital economy and artificial intelligence, mineral resource development, food security, and the improvement of modern financial mechanisms and investment instruments.

The Turkmen delegation's participation in the forum reflects Turkmenistan's consistent interest in developing mutually beneficial regional and international cooperation, strengthening trade and economic ties, and expanding investment interaction, the Turkmen Foreign Ministry reported.
