South Korean construction company Daewoo E&C donated a set of educational and cultural materials to the King Sejong Korean Educational Center in Ashgabat. The donation ceremony was attended by the management of the company's Turkmen branch.

The donated materials included traditional Korean musical instruments, hanbok national clothing, kits for making traditional Korean seals and handbags, and souvenirs. All materials are intended for use in Korean language and culture classes.

On behalf of the institute, its director, Mylayym Hudaynazarova, accepted the materials and expressed gratitude to the company for its support in disseminating the Korean language and culture in Turkmenistan.

The institute noted that the donated materials will allow students not only to study the Korean language but also to become familiar with the traditions and cultural heritage of the Republic of Korea through practical classes and cultural events.

King Sejong Institute in Ashgabat expressed hope for further development of cooperation with Daewoo E&C in the field of education and cultural exchange between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Korea.
