The forum, organized by the New Azerbaijan Party, brought together representatives of political circles, the expert community, and party structures from Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, China, Pakistan, Belarus, and several other countries.

Speaking at the conference, Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Gurbanmammet Elyasov, noted that neutral Turkmenistan's foreign policy, based on the principles of peace and constructive dialogue, is consistent with Baku's efforts to transform the South Caucasus into a region of peace and sustainable development.
