At a meeting of the Government of Turkmenistan on June 12, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a resolution according to which the State Concern “Turkmengaz” is authorized to conclude a contract at its own expense with Julong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. (People's Republic of China) for the purchase of steel pipes in the appropriate volume required for construction work of subordinate institutions and enterprises.

The document was signed to successfully address the challenges facing the country's oil and gas industry.

After signing the document, the head of state addressed a number of instructions to Deputy Prime Minister G. Agajanov, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
