The Turkmenistan National Kyokushin Karate Team has traveled to Bad Nauheim, Germany, to participate in the International Championship, which will be held on May 22–23.

The tournament will feature the strongest athletes from Europe, Asia, North America, and Africa.

The Turkmen delegation is led by Begmyrat Bayramov. The team includes eight athletes: team captain Meylis Pashakuliyev, Annadurdy Gurbangylyjov, Aymyrat Ediev, Shihnazar Shirzadov, Myrat Ekayev, Ali Begmyradov, Jeyhun Bayrammamedov, and Aynur Nurzhanova. Myratali Amanov will represent the country's judging panel at the competition.
