In Turkmenistan, leading workers who distinguished themselves with exemplary work during the overhaul of the Mary-Serhetabat railway were awarded. They were presented with certificates of honor and valuable gifts, according to the website railway.gov.tm.

The award ceremony took place in the building of the open joint-stock company "Demirýollary" ("Railways") within the framework of an event dedicated to the celebration of the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's independence.

Speakers noted that the country is consistently implementing measures to strengthen the railway industry's material and technical infrastructure, introduce innovation, and provide comprehensive support for the training of capable, educated, and highly qualified specialists.

The ceremony was accompanied by a musical concert.
