When it comes to elevators, reliability is one of the most important selection criteria. That's why “Gurat Hill”, the official distributor of SIGMA Elevator in Turkmenistan, focuses not only on equipment supply but also on long-term customer confidence. All products come with an extended 5-year warranty—significantly exceeding the industry standard.
The warranty covers all major components of the elevator equipment: mechanisms, door systems, electronic control units, and other components. This approach is made possible by strict quality control at SIGMA Elevator.

The company operates its own accredited laboratory, recognized by the China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) back in 2004. Test results are accepted in more than 80 countries, including the United States, Germany, Japan, and France. Over 200 parameters are verified here, and over 90% of all components are tested.
At the same time, many tests are significantly more stringent than international standards. For example, door locks are tested for 2 million opening and closing cycles instead of the standard 1 million. Control buttons are rated for 3 million presses, and door rollers are tested for up to 2 million cycles.
Particular attention is also paid to escalator equipment. Step rollers are tested for 5000 hours, compared to the industry standard of only 250 hours. Steps undergo dynamic load tests of 20 million cycles, and handrails undergo wear testing for 3000 hours.
A separate testing block is dedicated to the equipment's climate resistance. Controllers are tested at temperatures ranging from -10 to +70°C, thermal cycling tests are conducted in the range of -40 to +125°C, and dust tests are conducted at a load three times higher than standard requirements.
It is this level of control that allows SIGMA Elevator to ensure a long service life for its equipment and minimize the likelihood of breakdowns.
“Gurat Hill” supports projects at every stage: from equipment selection and installation to service maintenance. Under the warranty, clients receive free repairs for manufacturing defects, replacement of faulty parts, and prompt on-site service from technical specialists.
