Yakupgeldi Kasymov has been dismissed from his post as director of the “Ýaşlyk” television and radio channel of the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

The corresponding decree was signed by Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Guvanch Nazarov has been appointed the channel's new director.
