President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed decrees appointing and dismissing several prosecutors, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported.

According to a resolution adopted in accordance with Article 16 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Prosecutor's Office of Turkmenistan," second-class lawyer Dovrangeldi Kakageldiyev has been appointed Turkmenbashy City Prosecutor for Oversight of Law Enforcement in Correctional Facilities. Junior Justice Advisor Rakhat Karyyev, who held this position, has been relieved of his duties due to the expiration of his term.

In another decree, the head of state made a broader range of personnel changes:

Justice Counselor Taylyev Nejep Mammetamanovich was appointed Deputy Prosecutor of the Mary velayat;

Junior Justice Advisor Novruz Gurbanovich Amanov has been appointed Prosecutor of the Serahs etrap in the Ahal velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Gyzylarbat etrap in the Balkan velayat.

Junior Justice Advisor Agamyrat Italmazovich Abdyllaev has been appointed Prosecutor of the Gyzylarbat etrap in the Balkan velayat, relieving him of his post as Prosecutor of the Boldumsaz etrap in the Dashoguz velayat.

Second-class lawyer Mededov Perhatberdi Ahmetberdievich has been appointed prosecutor of the Boldumsaz etrap of the Dashoguz velayat;

Second-class lawyer Sahedov Aymyrat Baymyradovich has been appointed prosecutor of the city of Dashoguz of the Dashoguz velayat;

Second-class lawyer Charyyarmuhammet Orazmuhamedovich Garajaev has been appointed Prosecutor of the Sayat etrap of the Lebap velayat;

Junior Justice Counselor Shohrat Sapardurdyevich Taev has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of the Serahs etrap of the Ahal velayat due to the expiration of his term;

Junior Justice Advisor Toily Allaberdievich Bashimov has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of the Sayat etrap, Lebap velayat, due to the expiration of his term.

Junior Justice Advisor Rahim Charyyarovich Charyev has been relieved of his post as Prosecutor of the City of Dashoguz, Dashoguz elayat.
