Construction is underway on a new 400-bed Maternal and Child Health Center in Dashoguz along Gorogly Street. Its total area will be approximately 9 hectares.

As of today, the reinforced concrete frame of the warehouse building, along with a workshop and garage, has already been erected, reports "Turkmenistan: Golden Age." The foundations of three of the ten blocks of the main building have been laid, and preparatory work is underway for the fourth and fifth blocks.

The new Center will house all the necessary specialized departments, equipped with modern medical technology. The facility will have sufficient auxiliary technical facilities, a laundry, a cafeteria, and other amenities. The entire surrounding area will be landscaped, illuminated, and planted with greenery.

The new facility is being built by specialists from Şadyýan Gurluşyk, the source noted.
