From March 30 to April 4, a training seminar entitled “The Worthy Role of Trade Unions in the Public Life of the Country” was held in Avaza.

The seminar was held in the conference hall of the “Dayanch” health center with the participation of chairmen, treasurers, members of audit commissions and members of the Councils of trade unions of workers in automobile transport and road facilities, trade and entrepreneurship, as well as construction and industry workers of the National Center of Trade Unions of Turkmenistan.

As reported on the website ayauk.gov.tm, participants focused on methods of organizing and managing work in primary organizations, as well as maintaining relevant documentation.

Training sessions were held on the Labor Code of Turkmenistan and other legal regulations.

Participants also received detailed consultations on issues arising in their daily work.

The training seminar also included a rich cultural and sports program. Participants were treated to tours of the “Avaza” National Tourist Zone, as well as physical fitness, fitness, and cultural events.
