An important update has been released on the Turkmenportal website and mobile app: the "Belet Film Payment" section now features a "My Numbers" tab. This allows you to add phone numbers of loved ones so you can view their Belet balance at any time and, if needed, pay for your subscription immediately—without unnecessary calls or transfers.

The "Belet Film Payment" section now consists of three tabs: "Belet Payment," "My Numbers," and "History." The new "Add New Number" button—red and clearly visible—is located right in the center of the screen.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open Turkmenportal (website or app) and go to the "Belet Film Payment" section.

Go to the "My Numbers" tab and click "Add New Number."

Enter the phone number of a loved one who has a Belet account.

Ask them to provide the one-time code sent to their number via SMS. Enter the code to confirm.

The number will appear in the "My Numbers" section. Now you can see your loved one's balance and top up their subscription at any time.

This feature is designed for those who want to manage the subscriptions of loved ones—parents, children, and spouses—without the hassle. No more checking balances over the phone or transferring money in person: everything can be done in just a few taps directly in Turkmenportal.
