Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to his Brazilian counterpart, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

In an address addressed on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as on his own behalf, the head of state emphasized that relations between the two countries are built on the principles of mutual respect, equality, and trust.

President Berdimuhamedov also expressed Turkmenistan's interest in further expanding bilateral cooperation and confidence that joint efforts will contribute to its development in the interests of both peoples.

In conclusion, the Turkmen leader wished the Brazilian President good health and well-being, and the Brazilian people progress and prosperity.
