The Online Professional English Network (OPEN) program is accepting applications from English language teaching professionals for innovative university-level online courses.

OPEN GOC 2026 offers:

• Studying current methodological concepts and issues in English as a foreign language;

• Providing innovative distance learning experiences using the latest technologies;

• Connecting participants with English language teaching experts from the United States and building a professional network of international colleagues.

Pre-course training is mandatory.

Participants will be selected through an open competition.

Certificates and digital badges will be awarded by the U.S. Department of State to all who successfully complete the course.
