Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan Atajan Movlamov visited High Commissioner of Bangladesh Iqbal Hussain Khan at the High Commission of the People's Republic of Bangladesh in Islamabad, the Turkmen diplomatic mission reported.
A. Movlamov conveyed on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov an official invitation to the President of Bangladesh Muhammad Shahabuddin to take part in the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDC3), which will be held in August in Turkmenistan, at the National Tourist Zone “Avaza”.
High Commissioner Iqbal Hussain Khan reaffirmed his country's readiness for further cooperation with Turkmenistan and the international community on a wide range of issues, including sustainable development and regional integration.
The meeting confirmed the mutual interest of the parties in strengthening constructive dialogue and developing partnerships, the source notes.
