On May 10, Ashgabat will become a platform for open and honest dialogue on growth opportunities and business development. The practical forum “Business on the Pulse”, organized by the consulting company Arassa Nusga with the support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), will bring together entrepreneurs, experienced experts and qualified consultants.
Participants of the event will have a unique opportunity to learn about approaches that allow businesses to grow consciously and sustainably, and to get acquainted with practical solutions based on advanced digital tools. Leading consulting companies of the region will share their experience in the field of business process automation and management transformation, revealing effective strategies for increasing the efficiency and sustainability of enterprises.
"Many business owners say: "I know everything about my company." But when it comes to specific figures, confidence sometimes gives way to a pause," said a representative of Arassa Nusga.
And in order to grow, it is important to know everything about your business. To do this, Arassa Nusga invites entrepreneurs to honestly answer three questions:
1. What was the company's net profit for April?
2. What products do you make money on, and which do you sell at a loss?
3. How many units of goods are actually in warehouses - to the nearest unit, and not "approximately so many"?
If you have difficulty answering even one question, this is a signal that the business lacks transparency, which hinders its sustainable development, growth and scaling.
Alexander Petrosov – CEO of Arassa Nusga, expert of the "Business on the Pulse" forum
Roman Ikonnikov – Operations Director of Arassa Nusga, expert of the "Business on the Pulse" forum
What awaits you at the forum "Business on the pulse":
- real cases - names have been changed, but the situations are real
- speeches by experts who speak clearly and to the point
- panel discussion with entrepreneurs who have already implemented ERP, CRM, BI
- interactive "Business Pain Map" - identifying problems, discussing solutions
- buffet and networking - informal communication, new acquaintances and dialogue without ties
At the forum, you will not receive ready-made "magic solutions", but participants will leave with a clear understanding of where exactly in their business financial losses occur and where the potential for growth is hidden. Moreover, they will learn how other entrepreneurs successfully reveal this potential.
The event will be held on May 10 in the Arkach Business Center, at the Ish Nokady site, from 10:30 to 14:00.
To participate, pre-registration is required via the link, as the number of places is limited.
