Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the head of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the Novruz holiday and expressed confidence in the further expansion of bilateral ties, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
"I cordially congratulate you on the wonderful holiday of Novruz, which is a symbol of the revival of nature and a new stage in life, faith in a better future. I am confident that the friendly relations that have developed between Belarus and Turkmenistan will contribute to the further expansion of bilateral ties in all areas for the benefit of the peoples of our states," the statement says.
Alexander Lukashenko wished President Serdar Berdimuhamedov good health and successful implementation of his plans, and peace and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan.
