Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov has dismissed Ovezgeldi Goshjanov from the post of hakim of Balkanabat city in Balkan velayat due to his transfer to another job, TDH reports.
Myrat Nazarov, who previously held the post of deputy head of the administration, has been appointed in his place.
