ES Bilimli ädim has made significant progress in developing educational cooperation between Turkmenistan and Belarus. The company has signed a number of official bilateral agreements and memorandums with Belarusian higher education institutions. According to the agreements reached, the company has received priority rights to send citizens of Turkmenistan to study at Belarusian universities.

Diplomas of the specified Belarusian universities are legalized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
Belarusian higher education attracts foreign students due to its combination of rich educational traditions, modern approaches to learning and affordable cost. According to surveys, foreign students especially value the high level of security in the country, the friendly attitude of the local population and the opportunity to work in their specialty during their studies.
Currently, students from many countries, including Turkmenistan, China, Sri Lanka, Russia, India, Uzbekistan, Lebanon, Israel, Iran, Nigeria and Kazakhstan, study at Belarusian universities. The active participation of Belarusian universities in international educational events helps to increase their competitiveness and recognition in the global educational services market, making education in Belarus especially attractive for Turkmen students.
