The tournament will bring together teams from Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Iran, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan. According to the regulations, the teams will play each other in a round robin system. The winner will be determined by the highest number of points scored. The Turkmen team will begin its performance on February 9 with a match against the Kyrgyzstan team.
