The ÇaparPay mobile app has a new feature that will make life much easier for users. Now, through the app, you can call a courier from the postal service company "Turkmenpost" in just a few taps.
This update is an important step in the development of digital services in Turkmenistan and demonstrates the desire to improve convenience for citizens. The integration of the “Turkmenpost” courier service into ÇaparPay will allow users to save time and plan the sending and receiving of mail more efficiently.
The process of calling a courier is as simple as possible: the user only needs to specify the address for picking up the shipment, the desired time of arrival of the courier and contact information. The courier will accept your shipment, help with paperwork, pack the parcel and provide a receipt with a tracking number.
