The head of the Austrian-Turkmen Society Neda Berger sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on the occasion of the New Year, TDH reports.
In her letter, Neda Berger noted the dynamic development of Turkmenistan under the leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, emphasizing the importance of alliance, strategic partnership and good neighborliness between the countries. She expressed confidence that 2025, proclaimed the “International Year of Peace and Trust”, will be an important stage in strengthening security, stability and sustainable development.
Neda Berger wished the President of Turkmenistan success in implementing political plans and projects in various sectors of the economy and the cultural and humanitarian sphere, as well as prosperity and well-being to the Turkmen people.
In 2025, Ashgabat and Vienna will celebrate important anniversaries: 30 years of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan and 70 years of permanent neutrality of Austria. On this occasion, Neda Berger quoted a few lines from her poem:
30 years are decades,
30 years are passion and strength,
30 years are wisdom and movement,
30 years are peace and happiness on our Earth.
