Yesterday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a meeting with the delegation of the Italian Republic headed by the Ambassador of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Federico Failla.
As reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the parties discussed the draft “Action Plan for the Creation of Multilateral Cooperation Networks between the Countries of Central Asia and Italy”
The participants of the meeting noted that the document will cover cooperation between the countries in such areas as energy, transport, agriculture and water management, education, healthcare, etc.
The parties to the negotiations confirmed their readiness to further deepen the mutually beneficial partnership.
Recall that the development of this draft action plan for cooperation between Central Asia and Italy was agreed upon by the heads of the foreign policy departments within the framework of the third Ministerial Conference of the “Central Asia – Italy” format, which took place on May 29 in Rome.
