This year, one of the key events in the activities of the State Concern Turkmennebit (Turkmenneft) was the completion of construction and launch of new wells at the Uzynada field. This was reported by Turkmenistan: Golden Age.
Nebitgazburawlaýyş Trust work crews completed drilling two wells in one day.
The 6,800-meter-deep well yielded a rich inflow of gas condensate. The new Gumdagnebit industrial facility was also put into operation, supplying 85,000 cubic meters of natural gas and more than 73 tons of condensate daily. A significant inflow of oil was also obtained at the field north of Goturdepe.
