According to Order No. 59, signed on September 19, 2024 by the Chief Director of the State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan G. Nurmuhammedov, two regulatory acts in the field of insurance were declared invalid.
The following were declared invalid:
Rules for voluntary insurance of aircraft and liability of air carriers, approved by order of March 28, 2006.
Rules for collective voluntary insurance against accidents at the expense of enterprises and organizations, approved by order of June 5, 2006.
The order was issued in accordance with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Legal Acts” and the Law “On Insurance”.
Control over the execution of the order is assigned to the chief executive of the State Insurance Organization of Turkmenistan, also registered by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan on October 2, 2024 under registration number 1826.
