At the International Conference and Exhibition “HI-TECH Turkmenistan 2024”, the Swedish IT company CMA signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with the Turkmen company Abraýly Işler.
CMA Regional Director Maxim Neshcheret emphasized the importance of potential cooperation in the field of building a national system of fast payments. “We have already implemented similar projects in more than 50 countries and hope to share our experience with Turkmenistan in creating this important system”, - he noted.
Founded in 1983, CMA specializes in developing large-scale software solutions for financial market infrastructure and banks. The company serves more than 37 central banks and many commercial banks worldwide, offering innovative payment systems and infrastructure solutions.
CMA’s expertise spans a broad range of products, including real-time gross settlement (RTGS), automated clearing houses (ACH), instant payment systems (IPS), central securities depositories (CSDs) and more. These solutions are built on CMA’s industry-leading technology platform for high performance, scalability and security, and are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
In addition to the fast payment system, the CMA is also discussing with the stock market of Turkmenistan the possibility of creating basic services, including a central depository and a clearing house. These initiatives are aimed at expanding the opportunities of Turkmen businesses to attract external investment and interact with foreign investors.
