AMC Overseas is interested in expanding its activities in Turkmenistan. This interest was expressed by AMC Overseas Director Suvra Chakraborty during a meeting with Turkmenistan's Ambassador to the UAE Serdarmammammet Garajayev on August 30.
The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss AMC Overseas' participation in the upcoming Investment Forum of Turkmenistan, which will be held on September 10-11 in Ashgabat. This is reported on the website of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the UAE.
The Turkmen diplomat noted that the forum is aimed at developing international cooperation and promoting sustainable economic growth, which makes Mr. Chakraborty's participation particularly valuable given AMC Overseas' experience in trade and investment in the food and agriculture sectors.
While discussing the prospects of expanding AMC Overseas' activities in Turkmenistan, S. Chakraborty expressed interest in such an opportunity, especially in the areas of trade, investment and agriculture. The two sides discussed opportunities for AMC Overseas to facilitate export of goods and food products from Turkmenistan to the Middle East and African markets, the source said.
