Turkmenistan took part in the III Kazan Global Youth Summit

The Turkmen delegation, led by the head of the youth policy department of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Vepa Gutlyev, took part in the III global youth summit, which was held from August 21 to 24 this year in Kazan (RF).

At the summit venues, current issues related to youth, the exchange of best experiences, and the development of joint initiatives that would help strengthen friendly relations between countries were discussed.

More than 110 people from 43 countries widely discussed digitalization and digital trends among young people.

The Turkmen side shared its experience in implementing state youth policy.

During the forum, the Turkmen delegation got acquainted with the activities of the Bashir Rameev Technopark, which is a productive platform for the implementation of youth start-ups and projects in the field of IT and attracting investment. Turkmen representatives also visited the Volga Region State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism, the “Yaratam” youth club – a youth center with a choreography hall, co-working and e-sports areas, classrooms and a multifunctional hall for events.

In addition, the delegates visited the world-unique extreme park “Uram” in the center of Kazan, according to a press release from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
